Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order (size or color), please click here to contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee your order will be adjusted once it’s been submitted.
If an order is processed and shipped before adjustments can be made, you may return your item in accordance with Return Policy.
Can you ship different orders together?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide this service. For internal management purposes, there must be at least one shipment for each order.
How can I track my order?
All notifications related to your order are sent to the e-mail address you provided when creating an account or checking out as a guest. If you aren’t receiving them, please cantact us.
The order status in my Castelli account shows as "delivered" but it hasn't arrived.
Use the tracking number provided by the shipping courier for the most accurate information regarding your order. Occasionally, orders are shown as delivered by our website before they have reached their destination.
I am attempting to place a return, but the order still shows as “shipped.”

What are your shipping options?
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days.
- Premium Shipping ( Direct Fight ): 5-10 business days.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST will be processed on the next business day.
- All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS.
- Shipping times are subject to change. Factors such as shipping provider delays, logistical issues, unfavorable weather conditions, or issues with the delivery address may affect the shipping time. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
What are your shipping costs?
- We are currently offering free shipping on orders over $99.
- Standard Shipping orders $99 or less - $8.9
- Premium Shipping ( Direct Fight )- $19.9
Where can you deliver to?
We deliver to 48 states in the U.S., except for Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot deliver to military islands.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I make an exchange?
We are currently unable to facilitate exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
How can I return an item?
- Please contact us via email for returns.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Items returned with missing tags, covered in pet hair, used, worn, or washed will be returned to the sender, and no refund will be issued.
When will I receive my refund?
Please refer to the tracking number to determine whether your return shipment has arrived at our warehouse. After arrival, returns are processed within 5 business days.
