If you received a promotional item(s) with your original purchase, this promotional item(s) should be returned or we'll deduct the retail value of the promotional item(s) from your credit.
Product returned for credit must be in 100% resalable condition and show no signs of "real" outdoor wear that would deem them unsalable. Obviously you need to try on and gently use our products to determine if they're just right for you, but please keep in mind that product being returned for credit must be new and resalable.
